She prides herself in a quiet kind approach to dog grooming using no restraints or muzzles on most dogs unless specified by an owner.**

The business is not a franchise, it is solely run by Phaedra herself with help from her husband Eddie and mini secretary Tammy, her daughter.
Phaedra works hand in hand with owners and professionals alike to give a kind and gentle approach when dealing with all sorts of dogs and cats.
Many problem dogs have been turned round and groomed at the salon near Bicester, no dog is ever turned away because they are old or resistant to being groomed.
Puppies can begin there grooming sessions with a course in salon socialisation where they visit the salon weekly to get them used to the noises and atmosphere. This is not needed with all puppies but some do benefit from it.
Phaedra feels that the service she provides is second to none in her area and she is proud of the client base she now has.
Collection and delivery is always possible for local clients and our vehicle is air conditioned so there is no worry in hot weather.
