You are a lovely lady and very caring towards the owners as to the pets. You also take on board if pets have medical conditions and remember each time we visit. Your calm nature helps dogs like Jana relax. There is no where else I would take my baby to anyway. Just a shame you dont do human hair as well. Mel and Jana
